New in Zero: Automations - a powerful workflow builder that lets you automate your GTM processes. Create custom workflows by defining triggers and chaining actions together to eliminate repetitive tasks and focus on what matters.

The workflow builder allows you to create automation sequences without writing a single line of code. Define when the automation should run, what actions should happen, and in what order.

Here are some of the ways to make Automations work for you:


  1. Sales Qualification Fast-Track

➤ Trigger:

Inbound lead form submitted

Actions:

  1. AI agent step: Score lead against ICP using company data, website analysis, and funding history

  2. AI agent step: Research company's tech stack and prepare relevant use cases

  3. Add to appropriate list based on AI qualification score

  4. If ICP Score > 70:

    • Assign to founder

    • Send email with personalized product materials based on AI research and fast-track calendar link for founder meeting

  5. If ICP Score < 70:

    • Round robin assign to sales team

    • Send email with personalized product materials based on AI research and calendar link for sales team meeting
