We log the timestamp
Earliest valid referral wins if there are duplicates.

Hiring process
We run our normal interviews. If we hire them, the 6-month clock starts on their start date.

Payout at 6 months
After 6 full months of employment, we pay within 14 days.
Referral form
Terms
Amount
10,000€ per hire. One fee per hired person.
Who can refer
Anyone not employed by Zero and not acting as an agency without a signed separate agency agreement.
Valid referral
You introduce a candidate we have not engaged or received from any source in the last 12 months. The first valid intro by timestamp wins.
Hire window
If the candidate is hired for any role within 6 months of your referral, the fee applies.
Payout trigger
Candidate signs an employment contract and completes 6 months of continuous employment.
Timing
We pay within 14 days after the trigger and after receiving the required payment details.
Payment methods
Company - invoice €10,000 + VAT if applicable.
Individual in Finland - paid as työkorvaus against a work-compensation tax card. We withhold if required and report to Tulorekisteri.
Outside Finland - case-by-case, no gross-up.
Duplicates and disuputes
Zero determines eligibility and the first valid referrer using Zero’s records and timestamps. Decisions are final unless there is a clear error.
Program changes
We may change or end the program at any time, but changes do not affect referrals we already acknowledged in writing.
Privacy
We process candidate data for recruitment under our privacy notice.
