Compare Zero

Every CRM comparison we've written, and the rules that keep them honest.

Choosing a CRM means comparing tools that all claim to be the best. These pages are our attempt to do that comparison honestly.

Zero is an AI-native CRM for startups - a full CRM underneath, with agents that do the admin work on top. That makes us a biased referee. So every comparison on this page follows the same editorial policy:

  • We concede where a competitor genuinely wins. Some of these tools are better than Zero for specific teams, and we say so.

  • Verdicts are per section, not one blanket winner. No tool wins everything, including ours.

  • Every page lists honest cons for Zero.

  • We update pages when competitors ship. If you spot something outdated, tell us and we'll fix it.

Zero vs the incumbents

The established platforms. Powerful, proven, and built for a different company size than most startups.

Zero vs the modern field

Newer CRMs built in the last few years, most with AI features of their own.

FAQ

Is Zero a CRM?

Yes. Zero is a full CRM - contacts, companies, deals, pipeline, reporting. The difference is that AI agents keep it updated, so there’s no logging in to do admin. The full CRM underneath is why the agents work: they can see the whole customer picture.

Why should I trust comparisons written by a competitor?

You shouldn’t, blindly. That’s why we concede real wins, publish honest cons for Zero, and give per-section verdicts instead of rating ourselves #1 everywhere. Read the pages and check our claims against the vendors’ own docs.

Which CRM is best for startups?

Depends on your stage and motion. The alternatives guides above break it down by situation. Short version: incumbents fit when you have ops headcount to run them, and the modern field differs mostly in how much manual work each tool removes.

How often are these pages updated?

We review them when competitors ship notable changes, and date every major revision on the page.
