We're not just building the next Salesforce/HubSpot, but AI-first GTM stack
Founded by the team that scaled Smartly.io to $100M+ ARR
Backed by top-tier global VCs
Looking for a sharp generalist who can operate across every part of the business
This is the closest thing to being a founder without starting a company
The role
You'll work directly with the founders and founding team on everything that isn't engineering. Operations, finance, customers, GTM, fundraising, reporting - all of it. The scope is deliberately wide because early-stage companies don't have neat job descriptions. They have problems that need solving.
One week you might be preparing a data room for our next funding round. The next you're solving a bottleneck in our customer onboarding. The week after that you're building out our financial reporting or helping close a key partnership. The common thread: you figure out what needs to happen and you make it happen so we can run fast as a team.
This is not a support role. You'll own outcomes, not tasks.
What you'll do
Partner daily with the founders on strategy, priorities, and execution across the entire business
Own operations: financial reporting, legal, vendors, tracking goals and internal processes
Drive GTM execution: customer onboarding support, sales operations, pipeline management
Support fundraising: investor materials, data rooms, pipeline tracking, due diligence prep
Manage investor communications with the founders
Build and improve internal systems and processes as we scale from founding team to growing org
Run cross-functional projects that don't have a clear owner yet - because at this stage, most things don't
Who we want
We're looking for a generalist with a founder mindset. Someone who's comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, and doesn't need to be told what to do.
If you need clear boundaries and well-defined processes to do your best work, this isn't the role. If you thrive in chaos, get energy from building things from scratch, and want to learn what it takes to scale a company from the inside - let's talk.
You need
Startup DNA - You've worked at early-stage startups, in venture capital, or in top-tier consulting. You understand the pace and the stakes. You've built something yourself.
Speed and bias for action - You default to doing, not deliberating. You ship work that's 80% perfect today rather than 100% perfect next month.
Comfort with ambiguity - You can take a vague problem, break it down, and drive it to completion without hand-holding.
Strong communication - You write clearly and concisely. You can represent Zero to investors, customers, and partners with confidence.
Financial literacy - You're comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic financial modeling. You don't need to be a CFO, but you need to hold your own.
Founder mindset - You think beyond your role. You care about the company winning, not about job title boundaries.
Bonus points
Experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, GTM tools
Background in VC or supporting fundraising processes
