Subscription Terms
Zero Technologies Oy - Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") apply to all subscriptions purchased from Zero Technologies Oy (3451848-1, PO Box 1188, FI-00101 Helsinki, Finland) ("Zero," "we," or "us"). By subscribing to Zero through the in-app billing page or Stripe Checkout, you ("Customer") agree to these Subscription Terms.
These Subscription Terms supplement the Zero Technologies Terms of Service available at https://zero.inc/policies/terms-of-service. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms shall prevail with respect to subscription pricing, credits, and billing matters.
Services Provided
Acces to the Zero Platform
Each paid user seat includes 100 credits per month
14-day free trial for new workspaces, including 5,000 trial credits

Credit Tier Add-ons (Optional)
Customers may purchase additional monthly credits as a recurring add-on to their subscription:

Top-up Credit Packs (One-time Purchase)
Customers may purchase additional credits as a one-time top-up. Top-up credits do not expire and are not affected by monthly resets.

Credits
Monthly Allowance
Each paid user seat includes 100 credits per month. Credit tier add-ons, if purchased, are added to the monthly allowance.
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
Credit Consumption Order
When credits are consumed, monthly credits are deducted first. Top-up credits are used only after monthly credits are exhausted.
What Actions Consume Credits
The following table reflects credit costs as of the effective date of these Subscription Terms. Zero may introduce new credit-consuming features and adjust credit costs for existing or new features at any time. Changes to credit costs will be communicated to Customers via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated credit costs.

Trial Credits
New workspaces receive 5,000 credits during the 14-day trial period. When the trial expires, remaining trial credits are forfeited. Subscribing to a paid plan initiates a new monthly credit allowance.
Billing & Payment
Subscription fees are charged automatically to the payment method provided at checkout, on a recurring monthly basis.
Receipts are issued by Stripe after each payment.
All fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Promotion codes, if applicable, are applied at checkout and managed by Stripe.
Plan Changes
Upgrades (more seats or higher credit tier)
Upgrades take effect immediately. The Customer is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Additional credits from the upgrade are granted immediately.
Downgrades (fewer seats or lower credit tier)
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No proration or refund is applied. Existing credits are preserved until the next monthly reset.
Free Trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial, Customers have access to all platform features and 5,000 trial credits. No payment method is required to start a trial.
When the trial expires, access to credit-consuming features is paused until the Customer subscribes to a paid plan.
Term & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
Either party may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Customer retains access until the end of the paid period.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon material breach if not cured within 30 days of written notice.
Upon termination or cancellation, monthly credits are forfeited. Top-up credits are forfeited upon termination.

Entire Agreement
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement, represent the entire agreement between Customer and Zero for subscription services.
