Context.dev changes its GTM strategy daily, and the pipeline keeps up

Context.dev is product led and gets hundreds of signups a day. Zero connects straight to its infrastructure and puts product usage next to every one.

“Earlier, we weren't able to catch the high-intent signups. Now with Zero, we're catching hundreds.”

Challenge

Too many signups to track, and a strategy that changes daily

Context.dev is a product-led company and gets hundreds of signups every day. The GTM team's job is to spot the high-intent ones early and help them integrate the API before they get stuck. That only works if prospect data, usage data and customer data sit in the same place, and if the pipeline can change as fast as the strategy does.

In their previous setup in Attio, keeping product data in sync took code with workarounds for hundreds of edge cases.

“We have so many signups now that we can't keep track of them all, so finding the high-intent leads early is the big one for us. We're also changing our GTM strategy day by day, and Zero is the only one that can keep up with us.”

Solution

Zero wired into the product, run from Claude Code

Context.dev moved its pipeline from Attio to Zero in under a day. The data migration took a few clicks.

“I don't remember since the migration was so fast. I think I clicked like 3 buttons.”

Context.dev also had custom logic in its codebase. Once Yahia connected Zero's MCP server, he could port that logic over quickly.

Zero's API is the same API that Zero's own web interface runs on, so anything the team can do in Zero, they can do through the API. Context.dev used it to connect Zero straight to its own infrastructure.

Now API usage sits next to every signup, and Zero enriches each one so the team knows the person and company behind it. For a product-led team, product usage is what sales runs on.

“My Claude seems to love the MCP. It's also one of the only ones that doesn't have an auth error every 2 days.”

Results

A product-led GTM motion that keeps pace with the product

Earlier, high-intent signups were hard to spot. Now the team catches them early and reaches out to help them integrate.

Context.dev now changes its GTM strategy day by day and tunes the details as it learns. When the strategy changes, the team updates the pipeline from Claude Code the same day, and everything stays in sync with Context.dev's own database.

“Day and night difference. We can iterate on our GTM daily and fine tune the details.”
