Multiple pipelines
Create multiple pipelines in Zero, each with its own stages and structure, to manage different sales motions and relationship workflows.

Multiple pipelines are now live in Zero
One pipeline is not enough for how teams actually work.
What's new:
You can now create and manage multiple pipelines in Zero.
Previously, your workspace was built around a single primary pipeline. Now you can define separate pipelines for different workflows, each with its own stages, structure, and purpose.
Each pipeline can be tailored to a specific use case, giving you more clarity and control across your processes.
Examples:
Different workflows should not compete for the same pipeline. When everything lives in one place, stages become overloaded and harder to reason about.
Instead, create pipelines based on distinct processes such as:
Sales pipeline
Track deals from first contact to closed won or lost
Customer success pipeline
Manage onboarding, expansions, and renewals
Partnership pipeline
Track partner conversations, agreements, and activations
Investor pipeline
Organize fundraising conversations and relationships
Each pipeline stays focused, with stages that reflect the actual lifecycle of that process.
Why this matters
Pipelines are meant to represent progress. When multiple workflows are forced into one pipeline, that signal gets diluted.
With multiple pipelines, each process has its own structure and logic. You get clearer visibility, more accurate forecasting, and a better understanding of what is actually moving forward.
It also improves how your team works. Sales, success, and partnerships can each operate in a way that fits their needs, without stepping on each other’s workflows.
The result is a CRM that adapts to your business, instead of forcing everything into a single model.
