New: Email Automation Action
You can now automate sending emails directly from Zero.
Some use cases:
- Inbound lead response: Auto-email new leads instantly
- Prospect follow-ups: Target contacts with no activity in X days, send follow-ups or generate Gmail drafts for review
- Customer lifecycle emails: Welcome new customers when deals hit Closed-Won
- Feedback requests: Auto-email lost deals asking for feedback
- Re-engagement: Follow up with lost deals after X months of no contact
- Trial check-ins: Send mid-trial emails X days after trial start
Limitation: You can only select your own mailbox for the email send action.
