Sequences

Build multi-step email and LinkedIn outreach in Zero, with configurable delays, automation actions, and per-contact sequence tracking.

Sequences in Zero

Multi-step outreach that knows where everyone stands

Email and LinkedIn steps, run as a coordinated sequence, tracked at the contact level.

What's new:

You can now build multi-step outreach sequences in Zero that combine email and LinkedIn touches, run them across a list of contacts, and see exactly where every person is in the flow at any moment.
This means your outbound, nurture, and reactivation campaigns finally live in the same place as the rest of your CRM. No more juggling a separate sequencer tool that has no idea what's happening in your pipeline.

Key improvements include:

Multi-step sequences

Build a sequence with as many steps as you need, mixing channels and delays along the way:

  • Day 1: cold email
  • Wait 2 days
  • LinkedIn connection request
  • Wait 30 minutes, then LinkedIn message
  • Wait 3 days, then follow-up email
  • Wait 4 days, then final email
  • If no reply, trigger an automation to reassign the contact

Every step is configurable on its own, including the delay before it runs. Set it in minutes or days, depending on the cadence you want.

Steps don't have to be messages. Any step can trigger a Zero automation instead, so a sequence can update a property, create a task, post to Slack, or kick off any other workflow you've built.

Per-contact sequence tracking

Each sequence surfaces reply rates, and counts for queued, active, ended, and responses, for you to see what's working and what to rewrite.

Examples of how teams are using it:

  • Outbound prospecting. A founder-led AE runs a 6-step sequence across email and Linkedin for every new ICP-fit account that lands in their pipeline.
  • Trial nurture. When a new trial signs up, they enter a 5-step sequence that mixes product tips, case studies, and a check-in from their CSM.
  • Reactivation. Closed-lost deals from six months ago get pulled into a 4-step "winback" sequence with a new angle and a fresh offer.
  • Event follow-up. Everyone you met at a conference gets dropped into a sequence the day after, with a personalized opener and a CTA to book time.

Why this matters

Outbound and nurture don't work as one-off touches. They work as ✨ sequences ✨ deliberate, paced, multi-channel, and tracked.

When sequencing lives inside Zero, every touch is part of the same activity history as your calls and meetings. The next rep to talk to a prospect can see the full picture. Your agents can act on it.
The result is outreach that compounds and does not disappear into a tool no one looks at twice.
