Automation builder upgrades

Automation builder upgrades in Zero: loop over related records, cancel sequence enrollments, choose an AI model per step, and watch automation runs update live.

More control over what your automations do, and a live view of it

Reach the right records, stop outreach cleanly, and watch each run as it happens.

What's new:

You can now loop automation steps over related records, cancel sequence enrollments, pick an AI model per step, and follow runs live in Zero's automation builder.

Have an automation work through a deal's contacts. Pull a lead out of a nurture sequence when they ask for pricing. Watch the run come in as it happens.

Key improvements include:

Loop over a record's related records

A step can loop over a record's related records, like a deal's contacts, a company's open deals or the contacts on a deal's company. Inside the loop, the step can act on the current item and use its fields.

Take contacts out of a sequence

Automations can cancel a sequence enrollment. Use it when a lead asks for pricing and shouldn't keep getting the nurture emails. Unsent messages are cancelled.

Choose the AI model for each step

Each AI step can use the model that fits the job: a fast one for everyday tasks, a regular one for a balance of speed and reasoning, and an advanced one for complex tasks.

Watch automation runs live

Action status, output and errors update while you watch, and you can see a run's steps come in as the automation works.

Why this matters

Handing real work to an automation is easier when you can watch it. Reaching the right records, stopping outreach cleanly, and seeing each run as it happens all make that handover easier.
