Products and quotes
Products and quotes in Zero let you build a product catalog, create quotes on deals, and update deal value from the quoted MRR, ARR or TCV.
A product catalog and quotes inside your CRM
Build the quote on the deal, and let the deal value follow from it.
What's new:
You can now keep a product catalog in Zero and build quotes on deals from it, with MRR, ARR, and total contract value worked out for you.
A deal value typed in by hand is a guess. Quotes replace it with what you actually proposed: the products, quantities, prices, and contract term. The numbers sit on the deal, where your team already works.
What you can do:
Manage your catalog
Give a product a SKU, a description, and several prices, so one product can have both a monthly and a yearly price. Set a default product that's prefilled on new quotes.
Build quotes on a deal
Pick catalog products or type custom line items, then set quantities, discounts, currency, an expiry date, and a contract term. Total contract value, MRR, and ARR update as you edit. Track each quote from draft through sent to accepted, rejected, or expired.
Update the deal value from the quote
Update the deal value to the quoted MRR, ARR, or TCV, converted to your workspace currency.
Create quotes from chat and MCP
Ask chat to "add a quote to this deal for 20 seats on the yearly price". Quotes created in chat or through an MCP client can come from your catalog or from custom line items, and can be attached to a deal or a company.
Why this matters
Pipeline numbers are as good as the values on your deals. When the value comes from the quote, your forecast reflects what you actually offered.
