Multiple emails and domains
Store multiple email addresses per contact and multiple domains per company in Zero, with activity from all of them on one record, kept through merges.
Multiple email addresses per contact, multiple domains per company
People use more than one address. Companies run more than one domain. Your CRM records can now keep up.
What's new:
You can now store several email addresses on a contact and several domains on a company in Zero, and all of them count when Zero matches activity.
Email and calendar activity on any of a contact's addresses lands on that contact.
What you can do:
Add addresses and pick a primary
A contact can hold several email addresses and a company several domains, with one marked as primary.
See activity from every address and domain
A founder emails you from a personal address, then books a meeting from a work one. Both show up on the same contact. Contacts and activity on any of a company's domains land on that company.
Find records by any address
Find a contact or company by any of its addresses or domains. Chat can read and add these addresses too, so you can ask it to add a second email to a contact.
Keep every address through a merge
Merging contacts combines all of their addresses. Merging companies combines their domains.
Catch more duplicates
Zero groups duplicates that share any address or domain. Imports match existing records on any of them too.
Why this matters
Duplicates and missing history usually start with one unrecognized address. Keep every address on the record and one person stays one record, so the history you open ahead of a call sits in one place.
