Chat auto-approval

Chat auto-approval in Zero lets you choose which CRM edits chat can make without asking, with undo on record changes and sends always kept manual.

Auto-approve CRM edits in chat, and undo them if you need to

Fewer approval clicks on routine edits. Sends stay in your hands.

What's new:

You can now choose which CRM edits Zero's chat can make without asking for approval each time.

Approving every field update makes sense on day one. By the fortieth contact it is just clicking. Auto-approval lets you decide where that line sits, per chat or for all your new chats.

What you can do:

Auto-approve per chat or for all new chats

Keep approving by hand, auto-approve in a single chat, or auto-approve for all your new chats.

Choose exactly which actions qualify

Switch actions on or off by group: companies, contacts, deals, notes and tasks, lists, and more. A mass update is something you opt into.

Undo what chat just did

Auto-approved changes appear in the conversation, and you can undo changes to companies, contacts, deals, notes and tasks.

Keep sends and larger changes manual

Some actions always ask, whichever mode you're in. That includes sending emails, Slack messages and LinkedIn connection requests, merging or importing records, and changes to pipelines.

Why this matters

Approval prompts protect you when you still read them. Removing them from routine edits means the prompts you do see are the ones that reach a customer or reshape your data.
