Sequence reporting

Sequence reporting in Zero tracks response, positive-response and LinkedIn acceptance rates, compared across sequences and broken down by sender.

Sequence reporting that shows which outreach is working

Response rates, LinkedIn acceptance rates and sender comparisons across every sequence.

What's new:

You can now report on sequences in Zero, with response, positive-response and LinkedIn acceptance rates that you can compare across sequences and break down by sender.

Sequences now sit in the same reports as the rest of your CRM, so you can answer the questions that come up in a pipeline review: which sequence is getting replies, and is one sender outperforming another?

Key improvements include:

Response and LinkedIn acceptance metrics

Report on response rate, positive response rate, LinkedIn request acceptance rate and their totals. Responses count human replies, so out-of-office messages stay out of your numbers.

Compare results by sender

Compare groups of contacts by who first emailed them or first contacted them on LinkedIn. You can also report on sending volume by account across emails, LinkedIn messages and LinkedIn connections.

Sequences as a list

Build a list with one row per contact in each sequence, with email, company or custom properties next to status and outcome.

Start from a template or a per-sequence view

A ready-made sequence performance template gives you performance, volume, LinkedIn request and progress charts. Sequences also get their own performance view for a quick read. Or ask chat: "Compare outcomes in our UK and Nordic sequences."

Why this matters

Reply rates on their own don't tell you what to do next. Compared across sequences and senders, they do. The decision about what to keep, cut or copy can now come from the numbers instead of a hunch.
